Alignment survey Embossing Line

A new installation of an embossing line at a company in the north of England.

Following the installation of a new line the customer wanted to complete an alignment survey to determine how the new line had been installed.

On competition of our findings, a full report determining how the machine was installed was produced to the customer. Any concerns about the machine installation brought forward, by producing this report the customer could visibly see what areas needed moving to bring the line in to tolerance.

Some of the reasons for doing such report is with production and engineering management always looking for ways to reduce waste, energy costs and improve quality and efficiency machine alignment will help with these high margins by reducing product and energy waste.
