Carbon fibre manufacturing line

The customer was having serious misalignment issues throughout a Carbon fibre manufacturing line.

On assessment we found that as well as the general alignment being very poor, 10 of the rolls were found to be badly damaged – excessively worn or excessively out of balance.

We manufactured 10 new rolls, supplied and fitted with new bearings and carried out the complete realignment of the whole line.
