The Optimech team was tasked with realigning two key sections of a cardboard corrugator line this being the triple stack unit and the glue unit.
The work followed a previous alignment inspection, during which significant misalignment was identified using our specialist alignment equipment, correcting these issues was essential to maintaining product quality and ensuring reliable machine performance.
Using a combination of specialist alignment and lifting equipment, alongside a range of hand tools, the team carried out the necessary adjustments to bring both units back within the required alignment tolerances.
The job was completed within the allocated timeframe without and issues, as a result of the team’s in-depth knowledge of the machinery, technical expertise, and commitment to effective teamwork and communication.
