Just another update from Optimech. This month consisted of further works in the North East of England and Turkey along with jobs in Ireland and Northern Ireland. These jobs ranged from rail instillations for a new printing machine to re alignment of a coating machine.

Another Interesting month for Optimech, from working in Turkey on a car press, two corrugators in Saudi Arabia, a coating machine in Cornwall and a carbon fibre machine in Cambridge.

During May we carried out work in the North of England on Extruding machines, Further inspections in Newcastle and Decompression Chamber Assembly in Lancashire. Along side these jobs we had our Engineers gain further skills by completing IPAF qualifications.

Busy month during April consisting of a Can washer alignment and re-alignment in Denmark, assisting Japanese Technical Advisors in France, a cardboard factory in Ireland and carrying out Inspection work in the North East of England.

Our guys carried out some realignment work on a reel stand at a UK Corrugated Board manufacturer over the weekend. The reel stand required the old / existing grout breaking out to enable the unit to be re-levelled, we also found the gibs – slipways to be loose, all was corrected / realigned and re-grouted. […]

We currently have alignment surveys and corrective / realignment works planned all over the UK, Ireland, Belgium and Saudi in the coming months on Corrugating lines, Board conversion, Coating and Printing lines, for any Machine alignment enquires – please do not hesitate in contacting us.
